Our FREE ground shipping policy: FREE ground shipping on orders of $100.00 or more. Retail customers only. Method of FREE ground shipping will be USPS. Contiguous U.S. only.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for an exchange or refund. A return authorization must be obtained by calling the Fishing Complete Inc. office at (734) 258-1517. Refunds for items must be returned within thirty days of the purchase date. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred, one time only.
